Here you’ll find information about the Humans At WorkSM program from the big picture to the details.

Start with the Program Overview for a description of program goals, philosophy and structure, as well as an overview of session content.

Session Descriptions gives more detail on the focus and key topics of each session.

The Tools and Materials page lists the specific books, tools, models and concepts included in the curriculum.

For the greatest level of detail, download the Program Curriculum Documents on the sidebar. You’ll find:

  • Eight individual Session documents with detailed agendas, teaching notes, and homework assignments.
  • The Tools and Materials document that includes the program reading list and basic handouts for each session.
  • The Do It Yourself document which explains in detail how to set up and deliver the program in your own organization.
  • Downloadable versions of the Program Overview and Session Descriptions.

These documents are your resource for exploring the program more fully, whether you want us to teach it on a turnkey basis, help you set up the program within your company so that you can teach it yourself, or whether you prefer to customize the curriculum yourself and build your own program.
